"Staff were exceptionally friendly! However, I give a 3 star due to how filthy the fish tanks were, which was quite disappointing. I hope this isn't a reflection of how they care for all their animals. I hope they take better care of the fishies in the future."

"My go to groomer. They are better than petsmart. This time I just took a chance to get my dogs nail trimmed and they were able to accommodate me. I'm also able to see my dog in the room while he is being groomed. Plus they have a great selection of pet products. They also sell birds, rats, fish and guinea pigs."

"Pet store in Vacaville that has a pet hospital now in the back of the store. Lots of live animals including parakeets and fish, hamsters, mice and guinea pigs, lizards and geckos, and they all look very healthy. Staff is very helpful. The grooming area had one person grooming. I give it 4 stars because grooming for my size dog (large poodle) takes 4 hrs. That's too long for my dog to stand without resting. Great supplies for all pets! Kind of pricey but the quality of the leashes and harnesses and clothing speaks for itself."
