I moved to this area a year ago and was so happy to find a local pet store that carried the brand of dog food and treats I buy.We have 5 dogs and have been spending 150-200$ a month here. I’ve had exactly 1 return for a bag of crushed treats and was warned they don’t deal with returns.Still, I let it go and kept coming back.But today did it—rude/indifference Every. Single. Time. . Customer Service is the Biggest Asset! And when I define customer service I’m not talking about anything more than kindness and willingness to help. It’s not that hard."
