"I arrived at CVS on a Saturday evening at about 8:00 PM. My wife had just slipped and broken her arm. I am a physician and I wanted some medicines for my wife. Trina Mae was the pharmacist and she was very busy. She took the time to hear and sympathize with my plight in obtaining assistance for my wife. Trina is a delightfully courteous, thoughtful, professional, knowledgable, sensitive ambassador for CVS. She immediately understood our problem and rushed our Rx to me which made an otherwise uncomfortable weekend very tolerable. Everything about Trina's manner displayed sensitive competence. "I am sure that they are great, and staff should get a lunch break... but they do not advertise anywhere online or in their phone system that the pharmacy closes from 1:30pm-2:00pm for lunch. Don't show up during that time unless you are prepared to wait."
