"This Petco is important not set up in an organized way. I went in for some cat treats and toys and found it hard to see where a delineated "cat section" was. The only cat toys I found were hanging on end caps and randomly throughout the store. Other pet supply stores I've frequented make it very easy to find what you are looking for. To be clear it felt like what it would be like if you went into a grocery store and the ketchup and mustard were in two different aisles and you couldn't find a condiment section at all. The reason I'm giving two stars (I would give it zero for what I just explained), is that the employees were very nice!"

"Here's a pet store. There seems to be an abundance of everything, but when you ask for certain food, for example for sterilized cats, for a certain breed, premium food, then there is none of this and the store owner looks and does not even understand that such a thing exists. He calls the manager, but he may not come. How I am becoming more and more disillusioned with America as a country and understand that my country was wonderful and we lived better and better and for this we are now being destroyed. Everything with us was at the highest level, even for pets."

"My "Go-To" for basic pet needs and usually there are helpful and nice associates/employees. Or in my experience each of my visits have them. I usually already know what I want/need and where in the store but the employees usually ask if I do need help and each time I respectfully decline. But it is nice that it is available. Convenient Location away from the city and major roads. Avoiding traffic when one needs necessities fast. Only down side is the parking during the day its either mostly full or when you do find a spot it could be far away from this store, not their fault though. I really hope this place stays open and in business. So far I believe the manager is taking good care of the store. Keep it up!"

"The store sells complete pet needs from foods, clothes, leash,toys, grooming and training. The price is a little bit pricey. They sell live fish, turtle, hamster. The person who help us is really nice, when he knew that we have a new dog because we purchase a bag of puppy's food, he gave us a coupon. We basically got a free food. Nice customer service."
