"Just took my JRT there for grooming, paid $70 which is what I'd expect, then they told me they didn't bathe him just gave him a hair cut and nail trim. Who offers grooming services without a bath? This place!!!!!!! They told me I could use their tubs to bathe him myself. Will not be returning."

A cool space conveniently located in a historic space as well. I really appreciate that it didn't take a month to get in (only to be overcharged and underwhelmed), like some other groomers we've tried. Nice self serve bathing tubs too!"
"Each time my dog was groomed there (3 times) the pricing was increased without upfront conversation about what's included. When I inquired about the fees, the shop owner proceeded to argue with me rather than understand where I was coming from. Terrible communication, terrible ethics."
