"Shocked and disappointed by the visit I had here. I was a new patient and Dr. Gentry had me wait 30 minutes, and spent all of 15 minutes with me. But I can overlook this - maybe it was a busy day. However, the most shocking thing to me is that she performed a procedure without even *telling* me what she was doing. It felt invasive and took me by surprise once she began. This was horrible to say the absolute least. I was obviously uncomfortable throughout the entire thing. At the end, she casually remarked that I was "too tense to make out anything", and summarily dismissed the symptoms I had come to see her about. This is not a trauma-informed, or compassionate, or even remotely decent provider. Her staff is pretty incompetent. On the day I visited, I waited over 30 minutes for a staff member to file my insurance paperwork. There was no one else waiting! I saw the assistant scrolling on Instagram instead of picking up my paperwork and handing it to me. I was late for work, and it didn't seem like they cared. Y'all, please listen to the bad reviews."

"I hate to leave this review being that I never even made it to Dr.Gentry. Called in April made an appointment for a consult reception takes my info gives me a date for July I’m set. A few days before my scheduled appointment I call for some info and they tell me they have no record of an appointment and Dr. Gentry is not taking any new patience. No one could explain how my appointment got lost and there wasn’t a way to track who I spoke with. Front office is terrible!"

"Dr. Gentry is smart and takes the time she needed to explain my condition and possible treatments. She looked up photos to show me during our discussion, which I appreciated. Her staff is great, too. I'm happy to say it was a good experience."
