"Just talk to Dr. office’s receptionist. Very poor customer service. I have to listen her ‘s lecture about how test results are transferred between Dr. Vu and my primary MD. However, that is not my questions and not allow me interrupt. I would like to take about it to Dr Giao regarding his employee customer service. She said he is very busy, have to make appointment if want to say any concerns. Plan to change my OB GYN doctor ."

"A very careless dr. Whose only in it for the money. Was my 3rd baby, 8lbs 10oz And he didn’t even care for my tare, no stitches and Of course infection after two day. My baby was hospitalized about 10 days after he was born because of an infections too and I was still on antibiotics. Recommended by a friend when I was about 4 months pregnant and new to the area and I through all dr are equal since my other two were so wonder. I shared my experience w my friend, she then say “ oh maybe it’s might because of my 3rd one” meaning he’ll cares more if it’s your first so you’ll come back for him for the second one. No heart for being a dr. Shame Shame Shame, yes you dr Giao Vu shame on you when you took that vow becoming a dr."
