"I had a great start with Lisa several years ago, which has unfortunately declined since then. Let me start by saying I recently shopped around and found Liberty Mutual and Safeco both had rates for 20-25% less for the same or higher coverage. Her team struggles with sending emails, and like many people in the medical profession and customer service, I am often with people. I need at least some sort of communication by email, even if it’s to schedule a call. Customer service 101: communicate with the customer the way they need to be communicated with. The last time I spoke to Lisa on the phone several years ago, she started the conversation with ‘now isn’t this easier than email?’ It wasn’t, and that comment felt condescending. Last year I referred my father to them and he purchased at Safeco instead because the rates were 20% less for the same coverage. This year they tried to raise my rates by 40%. I have never had a claim with any of my 3 accounts, nor have I ever missed or had a late payment. I asked for any sort of discount they could provide to remain a customer, and they said no. Long story short, neither the service or the prices make this office worthwhile."
