"20-25 min average wait, whether it's drive thru or inside. The large hispanic lady at the register is incredibly rude and aggressive. Ignores the lines of customers waiting to order, doesn't give out cups or receipts, then argues with customers. It's unfortunate, because the cook(s) here make this the best Burger King I've ever been to. You walk into this establishment, and the team dynamic is very awkward. You can feel it from everyone behind the counter and I wouldn't be surprised if it was because of this woman."
"The little guy that works there was standing on top of where the fries are scooped out, to reach something in the overhead. When he got down they did not clean the surface he was standing on, and continued to prepare food over it. I asked the cashier if they were going to clean it and she said to me in very broken English "I don't understand" I and the lady behind me walked out. Next time when you wonder where that hair came from in your French fries."
