Mountain Mike's Pizza

"I'm writing this review because I've never had this experience at any other Mountain Mike's location until last night. It really bothered me. It made me mad. You shouldnt be mad getting pizza. And I love pizza! It's my favorite food! So....I ordered over the phone. The woman was courteous. I came to pick up my pizza. I was greeted by a stern looking mean silent man who was staring at me like something was wrong. He did not say one word or change his facial expression even when I was at the counter and said, Hi, I'm here to pick up my pizza. Still No smile and no greeting.. Is a smile, or a hi or hello really that hard to say? I guess I'm not worth the effort. However my husband has come on many other occasions to pick up the same pizza and this guy is friendly and welcoming to him. So why such a different customer experience? Why is that? Is it because I'm a woman? Or because I was dressed in all black? Or is it something else? I'm paying with money! Maybe it's my black card that he doesn't care for....Or maybe he just doesn't like me for some reason . I don't even know you! Do you know me or something? I'm sure I have never done anything to you accept pay for bad service. When I think of pizza, I think of Mountain Mike's. Maybe I should just steer our business to a location that treats all customers as though they are welcomed and appreciated. The pizza is good, but the service from him made me wish I had gone elsewhere with my $22.14. Money is too valuable to be wasted. The whole experience left me feeling dissatisfied. How dare you just stare at me like I'm some unwanted intruder or beneath you. So rude! Didn't your parents teach you any manners? Thank goodness I had enough respect for both of us and did not react to your silent hostility. FYI: staring at someone like that is considered a hostile gesture. Get it together buddy. Don't discriminate between who gets good Customer service and who doesn't. Got it?"

"I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and boneless wings. The wings are really good. I would actually order them again. It did not take that long for the order to be ready and it was on a Friday. Customer service was really fast and we’re really kind. Parking lot is very small. That is the only downside."
