"Ordered food at the drive thru, got to the window and paid. Sent us to park out front of the restaurant next to around 4 other cars to wait for our order. After 10 minutes see what looks to be our order being brought out and is handed to a different vehicle. After 10 more minutes, nothing. I go in to check on our food and they just tell me "oh we gave your order to another person by mistake, your food will be ready soon." After talking to the manager and expressing my disappointment in the service and lack of communication about our order, she offered to cover my next order at the restaurant, even took my name down. This was around 3 weeks ago. I returned yesterday, mentioned the situation and the offer from the manager. The person(Zuquey, I believe was her name) at the window flat out didn't believe me. I told her to check the book the manager said they had, my name should be in there. She opens a binder for about 5 seconds and says my name is not in there and the manger isn't on shift. Not the first time I have issues when Zuquey is the person "helping" me. Completely disappointed with the service at this location, from the manager lying about taking down my name, to her fake offer of covering my next order, to the poor customer service skills from the girl at the drive thru window."

"I went to this location and my experience was amazing because i got my food fresh and hot the employees there are very nice and the restaurant was super clean."

"Can't complain. Food is good, the cashier seemed a little slow in the head, but made up for it in wonder and amazement. They were all nice and seemed as though they've never seen anyone pay for the food in $2 bills. Would recommend again, and have not had a problem yet. That being said- I've only been here once so idk entirely."
