"Let's start by saying shopping for insurance is a long process, especially for comparing prices. I had AAA, which I was paying more with less coverage, and my agent didn't even call me on renewals to ask if I was satisfied. With this agency I get a call on my renewals to make sure I have the right coverages, or any life changes. I even received a birthday card. I love an agency that makes me feel like I'm not forgotten or just another number. Pa and her staff are amazing, and are always friendly and welcoming. If you ever need to switch I would definitely give them a call especially if you want to be treated like family. Thank you Pa and staff, you deserve more than 5 stars!"
