"They are seriously the best! They really make me feel a part of them the coverage for a good price and you have the option to make monthly paymenys and they wont try anything sneeky like Fred Loya. No hidden fees. I always see Valerie, she's very nice and always willing to help with ANYTHING! She comes out with these saving options that you have no idea what it even is and she explains it to you until you understand 100%. If you call and she doesnt answer, be confident that she will return your call very soon within like 20 min. Even small gestures from them go a long way, example: Send you a Personal Happy Birthday Card, Thank you cards, 2 reminder letters about your savings update. Little things like that. So you can see how awesome I believe they are I even recomended them to my mother. If I truly didnt believe they were that awesome with my coverage, prices, their staff and beyond, I wouldnt have recomended my mother. Thank you State Farm!!"

"Very much not impressed. When I do have my calls answered, I can't complain, but what is the point of hundreds of dollars coming out of my account per month and not having questions answered. So annoying. Not into it. I am used to State Farm meeting with exceptional customer service, but have not felt that way with this office. After almost 25 years with State Farm, I am considering switching due to the bad taste in my mouth from this SF office."

"This State Farm has been nothing but a treat to work with. I got my first car this past January and I knew I had to get it insured. I already had renters insurance with Duane Werner's State Farm because it was the closest one to my apartment. I figured I might as well get my car covered by them too. When choosing what I wanted covered, Alexis was incredibly helpful and made sure I understood everything I was signing up for. She also applied all the discounts she could and my bank account thanks her for that. Sadly, a week after I had bought my car, it was stolen. As a 19 year old college student, I had no idea what I was supposed to do. My parents weren't around to help me and so I just had to figure stuff out on my own. The first thing I did was have a friend drive me to this State Farm location and that's where I met Cindi. As soon as I spoke with her I felt much better (I had been hysterical the whole morning). She calmed me down by giving me scenarios of what would happen if my car was/wasn't found. She told me how I was covered and what I needed to do. Eventually my car was found and she helped me through the entire claims process and made this traumatic experience not so traumatic. Even when I had difficulty with the claims adjuster she stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. I have never experienced such high quality customer service and I would have been lost without Alexis and Cindi. I am so glad they are my insurance provider and I wouldn't have it any other way."
