"My insurance is getting canceled because the policy changed after I "received" short notice (never got it) of changes going on regarding recurring payments. Tried contacting an insane amount of times to reach the insurance agent. He only made things worse and refused to contact the corporate headquarters to try and resolve the issue. Was really confused about the whole situation due my account saying my account was paid. I also had a DV situation with my ex who refused to sign off the previous policy which was forced to go into collections because the company wouldn't remove him, even with a restraining order preventing him from being near my car. Overall, you are not in good hands with allstate!! Especially from this location! I heard they were a shady company but thought I'd give them a chance. Save yourself the waste of time/energy/money and go with any other insurance company."

"In my experience trying to get a homeowner's insurance quote from Levy, he was not knowledgeable or helpful. He constantly entered information wrong into our quote and had to be corrected. It was very difficult to contact him to discuss coverage. It was difficult to get an explanation of different coverage levels. His answers to any of my questions were unhelpful. When I asked for written policies on things like what kinds of incidents are covered, the billing structure, and the cancellation policy, he was not able to provide that information. Additionally, he requested direct payment, despite this quote being for the purchase of a new home, in which case insurance payments usually go through the escrow company. Overall, a very unhelpful experience. I recommend any other insurance agent."
