"I want to preface this review by saying that it is for the clerical and staffing issues. Dr. Richard Lee is my doctor and he is excellent. I have never had an issue with him. However, trying to get a copy of my physical therapy order has proven extremely difficult, if not impossible. I don't have time during the week to go in person so I requested an emailed copy. Apparently they cannot email it but can fax it to you. Well, I don't have a fax handy. I requested a mailed copy a week ago and have not received it yet. When I call for status, I am connected to an agency that is located out of the country. The agents try to pass themselves off as staff in the physical office. I have called three times and nothing has ever been done. They keep telling me the task has been generated. This is very disappointing. I thought Hoag and it's affiliates were better than this treatment."

"Dr Richard Lee gave me my life back after he performed the back surgery on my lumbar region recently. I went from not able to walk for weeks to walking out of the hospital after surgery on my feet. "Dr. Lee is a great surgeon who has worked with me very professionally on three of my five back surgeries, each leading to fusions. My fourth was performed by another doctor who ignored various symptoms that called for a fifth. Through an MRI ordered by another doctor and seeing the results of an electromyography I immediately returned to Dr. Lee. At this point, I am two weeks and 1 day out of surgery and healing and moving very well."

"My wife saw Dr. Richard Lee a few days ago. Dr. Lee didn't provide any feedback to my wife regarding her case. In addition, we requested to talk to him over the phone for her case explanation but the nurse told us he couldn't make it. We also tried to request for office visit report but the online platform they provided didn't work based on the token they provided. I also tried to communicate with the office multiple times. All the people that I spoke to just tried to weasel out of the responsibility. Both Dr. Richard and Nurses lack of professionalism. Don't use Richard Lee as your Orthopedist!!!!"

He was there for me, every step of the way. He is kind, he listens. He answers honestly. I was amazed to hear hospital staff calling him the superstar of complex surgeries and that HE is the one they would chose if they had spine issues.
