"The level of service provided by Melissa was below par and very poor. I had to send her multiple emails to get a reply back.I sold my house and informed her the next day but it was very unfortunate that she never contacted the insurance company to process my refund. When I contacted them directly they had no info when the house was sold , what my new address was etc. A very disappointing experience!"
