"These people are very unorganized. I asked for a copy of all of our appointments so that we did not miss any! Low and behold , my husband gets a phone call Saying that he missed appointments! well, How come the copy of paperwork that I have states that appointment? Isn't until 11/08/23 today is November 2nd! I will not pay you 90 dollars for appointments you did not make with me!"

"Their therapy was solidly there for my family and I in the time following my mother’s death. She was taken from us way too young. None of us, my brother, my sister or my father were handling it well. The funeral director actually recommended Family Tree. "My Family Tree counselor is not my first experience with a counselor. I have seen quite a few and to be fair, talking to all of them made me feel better while I was talking to them but none really made a difference for me once I was outside of whatever facility they worked out of. This is the first time I actually feel as if I am making some headway so I have to attribute that to the best counselor I have experienced."

"Although this is a high review in my opinion, I want to give a bit of a warning to those that come to Family Tree for help. Please make sure their Billing Department and the therapist are in agreement, I was paying over $100 per visit when I should have only been paying around $25. It took my partner 2 times to get it through to me that there was something off about this. This wasn't the only thing that soured the visits, the other was the fact that your time isn't valued (getting there on time and then having to wait for the therapist to get everything ready), chunks of time taken out of the session to talk about their family and the constant reading of passages from a book that dealt with specific trauma. All of this could have been done after the sessions, I needed coping skills not just someone to talk to. Again, just a warning to you all that are about to begin this journey and the team at Family Tree is your go to."
