"There were multiple times where I had an appointment booked and Prairie Counseling Services canceled it on their end. They didn't give any explanation nor did they call to say they needed to cancel my appointment and try to help me reschedule another one. Instead I get an email and text saying my appointment was cancelled. They send a link for you to book a new appointment but that doesn't work so you have to call. When I did call, I can't get a new appointment until a month away. It defeats the purpose of getting help right away if my appointment is taken away and I can't get one until a month later. Really disappointed because I enjoy my counselor and was enjoying my experience until now."

"Please avoid this place if you are going here for disability insurance. They do not do their jobs!! We lost our insurance claim because they could not do their paperwork and job! We had to contact them constantly and the owners response was maybe you should go see someone else. Wow! Horrible service! They want to be paid but not do their jobs."
