"Erik was kind, supportive, and patient as I asked him many questions regarding Medicare Healthcare. He was able to show me options with my costs and once I had decided, he completed ALL the necessary paperwork for both me and my husband. His answers have proven to be true, thus far and I am not expecting any surprises going forward. Something to keep in mind: Medicare takes 2+ MONTHS to process adding Part B!! Even though my application was submitted in early November, it was only "official" via Social Security this past week. I STILL do not have my updated Medicare card which has Part B listed! (I've been told that this will take another 2-3 weeks to arrive!)"
