"My son was suffering with chronic groin pain during his soccer activities. The pain got to the point where he was unable to continue and felt considerable discomfort even running in a straight line. We feel so fortunate to have been introduced to the team at Aretas, in particular Jack Heinrich. Jack was quick to diagnose that despite the location of the pain, my son was dealing with a grade II adductor strain. We were 4 weeks out from the first travel tournament of the season and were given a time frame of 4-8 weeks to make a complete recovery. After sharing our goal with Jack, he went above and beyond. Putting together a treatment plan that would give my son the best possible opportunity to play in that tournament. Thankfully, he was able to play and felt no ill effects from the injury at all. Having been through some extensive PT for sports injuries myself, I can honestly say that the most remarkable thing for me was observing the rate of the progress. Every session was geared toward making that date, we can’t thank Jack and Jess enough for their considerable efforts."

"I started seeing Katelyn for postpartum recovery: C section scar work, pelvic floor strength, shoulder and neck tension issues from holding baby, and bringing core back together. I continued when I sustained a shoulder injury from a fall. As a non-athlete at first I wasn't sure if I'd fit in, but I feel so empowered going there. The exercises were the perfect blend of appropriate and challenging. My core, shoulder, and neck have improved a lot and she gave me a great plan to continue working off of going forward. They're also really helpful in figuring out your insurance coverage, and Katelyn has sensitive trauma-informed bedside manner. PT should be standardly recommended for everyone postpartum! I feel like I am getting strong in a new way again and am biking my toddler around town with me. Highly recommend."
