"Update to my review below: After some conversations with Jerad we were able to resolve the issues, he was having staffing issues at the time which does not excuse responding to a client for a month but he did apologize. Jerad really is a great resource and if he does not have an answer to something he knows someone who can. I would recommend Jerad. Original Comment: I have had cream city insurance for over a year now. Off the bat Jerad was great, he helped talk me through my questions and concerns I had on the 5 policies I have. Fast forward a year later and the customer service has really dropped off. When you get Jerad on the phone he is extremely helpful, but that is the problem. Often he is too busy chasing new clients to address the ones he already has. I get that I probably have less insurance than other clients but it certainly doesn't help the feeling that I feel brushed aside. Often it will take Jerad weeks to respond to an email on a simple item I am trying to be proactive on. Hopefully communications can improve in the future or Jerad can direct me to someone who can help me in less than a month."
