He wasn’t pushy and explained everything to me and my Wife. Bikes are amazing my wife bought a step over and it looks and rides great. I got the bigger one with bigger battery and tires. We are very pleased with them. We have used them almost every weekend and everything works great. Battery life is longer than expected. He laid out very honestly the pros and cons of each bike including which ones had more quality parts.
