"Use Leslies pool supply if you want to be cheated and taken advantage of. They came to my house and I informed them of my issues with the filter ration of my pool. They recommend a filter and I paid for them to install it. That did not fix the issue so they requested I change the pump and I did. Still same problem and well over a $1000 and now they stopped helping me since they can’t figure out the issue. No return calls or refunds for wrong items sold ."
"From someone who has worked retail before i can really reapect what these gentlemen have done for me. I buy all my chemicals here and have even had a pump, filter and heater installed out of this store. I often walk into the store seeing that it is not only busy but only one person is running the store. The worker/workers help me as soon and they can and help each customer from start to finish. Some people (based off of these reviews) clearly have never worked retail or ran a store by themselves. They often complain about slow service, but fail to realize they need to be patient and wait their turn!!"
"Do not, I repeat, DO NOT expect one bit of service. This Leslie's is there to only take your money. Any warranty issue, they attempt to shunt it aside, make up an excuse, or direct you to the manufacturer. We try to purchase any pool equipment from anyone but Leslies. We purchased a $1,400 Pentair Intelleflo. We have been trying to set the schedule for a while. We followed the instructions to the letter. There is a step, we suspect, which is not listed in the manual. Our night us or our pool man can change the schedule. The only help these people can render is "Call Pentair." Pretty typical. Their prices are usually more than other places. Couple this with a lack of customer service and it is evident why they have such a low rating."
"Have gone here for years. Clean store and very helpful sales staff. Prices are a bit more than the smaller stores but their advise was important to me when I was starting out. Their parts department is extensive and if this store does not have it they can tell me which one does; which has been a life saver a couple of times."
"So I go in to buy a new Pump and Filter they tell me to do a site evaluation where their guys would come out and check for Repair or replace for $75. I agreed and they give me their service number I just called and got totally different prices on the phone $90 for the evaluation and $25 trip fee. I've had it with this joke of a place. They can't ever be on the same page always price gouging and just pure DISHONEST (more info to it, for me to claim they're dishonest) I'm done with Leslie's. btw same pump & filter which they're charging $2390 total is actually $1045 total at other mom and pop shops. There's a old wise saying on social media for situations like this.. "FOH.. Bye Felicia""
