"Had to stop going to this place because I ended up in the emergency room because of my health issue and did notify her about it and led to my cancellation of my appointment. Instead of understanding my situation she decided to no longer provide me the service. Such a disappointment. And it has nothing to do with a “pattern” or anything. It was an emergency. We had ambulance involved and they had to take me to the emergency room. Something that was not I expected to happen. I don’t think the therapist has empathy to even understand the situation."
