"I drove an hour there for them to tell me they canceled my appointment for a filling with no notice. Wast of time and money. Overall bad communication and bad customer service one of the dentist were also rude and ignored my questions the last time I was in there"

"Been trying to get an abscess tooth fixed for 4 months. The first time I went in they gave me antibiotics and sent me home. Called to make an appointment again after pain had subsided was told walkin only. Had hip surgery and had to wait 2 months before I could do dental work. Called again and they said just walkin we'll get you looked at. Got there and she said I need a letter from my surgeon saying it's ok to do the work. I said why didn't you tell me this when I called. She also said I need to establish myself as a patient. I said what have I been doing the past few times I came in. She started rudely talking over me and was surprised when I raised my voice. She said if you're going to be disrespectful you can leave. I left. Still dealing with the tooth pain. No help was available here."

"Went in with horrible toothache. Told I would by on antibiotics. (Which they NEVER sent in!) Gave up went to er got the antibiotics there. Was told I had an appointment for extraction waited weeks for appointment, that day they call and cancel a few hours before hand. And if things were not bad enough! I am told they would set up an appointment with a surgeon and to look for said information in the mail. My initial appointment was back in September we are now in DECEMBER! And the pain still hasn’t stopped! I cannot go to any other place due to insurance reasons. They cannot even accept “new clients” when called to schedule another appointment since it was cancelled last minute."

"Always a problem here. One time I went in for a scheduled appointment that “was not” scheduled that I had been waiting over a month for. At my most recent appointment, I had one tooth extracted & was left with my whole left side of my face swollen and bruised. When I called, because the pain has been unbearable for over a week, I kept getting transferred or their voicemail box. They treat clients as if they are an inconvenience & always rush the dental procedures. Do not recommend."

"Throughout my life I have had extremely bad experiences with dentists. I panic at the thought of making an appointment. until I came here. everyone was so nice and the dentist was so gentle. I had 2 teeth pulled and never had any pain at all. I'm looking forward to having them take care of all my dental needs."
