"I went in to pay for my sr-22 and it was quiet no customers in the store. I still had to sign in no problem. I finally get called over after waiting for about five minutes patiently. Then I find out that they started some broker fee back in September of thirty dollars!! I have been a customer there for a year now and they started to charge a $10 fee since the beginning of September not $30!! I explained to the broker that for the last six months they have been charging me $10 every time I go sometimes they waive the fee. But she insisted that it was $30. How am I going to pay a $30 fee when my insurance is only $40. Idk what happened recently maybe management got switched around who knows? But I refuse to be taken advantage of."

"The people who work here are incompetent. They did my taxes wrong and wouldn't refund me for their mistake. They also messed up our insurance so that we payed way more than necessary. I just switched insurance companies and we are paying half the price. They blamed me for not having the right policy and could not take responsibility for any of their mistakes. Do not go here!!!!!!"
