Tom is a master mechanic; often a bike repair starts with “there’s a click” or “it sounds like it’s coming from the rear.” Tom will take the bike for a spin and listen, diagnose, and narrow down the possibilities until he nails it. The shop is busy, but when you need your bike they’ll find a way to get you back on the road. Mark is a careful bike fitter and product recommender. These guys use their experience and customer discussion to find you the right gear. They built me a set of wheels that haven’t needed truing in 20,000 miles. They carry mostly high-end brands of clothing, bikes, and gear, but you can find quality at value as well. Don’t bother if you’re looking for cheap bargain brand stuff."
