International Institute on Collaboration

The International Institute on Collaboration (IIonC) is located at 2317 International Lane in Madison, Wisconsin, United States. At IIonC, we focus on fostering collaboration and humanity to connect individuals, organizations, and communities in order to create a future where everyone can thrive. Our unique approach utilizes an assessment that grounds leaders in the five building blocks of collaboration, helping them develop transformational leadership, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills. We offer a range of products and services to support individuals and teams on their collaboration journeys, including a deck of cards with exercises, a comprehensive curriculum, and a conflict resolution game. Our Individual Assessment tool helps individuals and teams identify their strengths and areas for growth in collaboration. As a member of IIonC, you will have access to a supportive community of like-minded change agents, as well as our monthly "Members Meetup" sessions where you can connect, share experiences, and receive guidance from our experienced coaches.
