"Dr Neubauer was absolutely amazing as a surgeon & a physician afterwards!! When I had my bike accident, his office within 24 hours of getting the call from my primary physician got me an appointment for a CT scan & a visit to see how serious the fracture was. Within 4 days I had my shoulder surgery. He quickly diagnosed how serious it was & only reason for the 4 days was bc of COVID testing protocols. During the surgery & after while i was recovering he or his team gave my family concise updates. My mom is usually very worried of a person & Dr Neubauer did an amazing job of calming her down in a genuine way to make her feel at ease. The surgery must have gone great bc my recovery speed was very quick. I felt zero pain after the surgery, heck only needed maybe 4 of my pain killers. I was able to go on my elliptical the very next day after the surgery & within 12 weeks I was running half marathons at the same pace as before. Within 14 weeks I was done with PT."
