"I can't express enough how pleased I am with the care provided by Discovery Days Franklin. As a parent, finding a reliable and nurturing environment for my children is of the utmost importance, and Discovery Days exceeded my expectations in every way. Staff: The staff are not only professional but also genuinely caring. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts me and my children at ease. The dedication and passion they exhibit in their work is truly commendable. I was very apprehensive about sending my children to daycare, but they listened to my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. Whenever I drop off my children or pick them up, I can tell that the staff is so genuine and truly cares about my children. Safety and Cleanliness: Right off the bat you can tell that safety is a top priority. I was immediately impressed with their security measures and the meticulous attention to cleanliness. Knowing that my child is in a safe and clean environment provides me with great peace of mind. I understand that as a daycare there is a lot of illness to go around, and my children are no strangers to it. The directors and staff are constantly doing their best to ensure illnesses do not spread. They have also recently updated the building to make it more homey and it truly looks amazing and is so inviting. Educational Activities: Everyone at Discovery Days goes above and beyond in providing educational activities for the children. I've noticed a positive impact on my child's development, and I appreciate the efforts made to engage them in age-appropriate learning experiences. They helped my son start walking, as well as start talking! I am surprised with something new from him everyday. Everyday he is saying or signing a new word. My daughter is also coming home and showing off her new skills as well. Overall, my kids are always so happy when they are picked up and I can tell they have had a great day! Communication: Communication with the staff is seamless. I receive regular updates on my child's day, including meals, naps, and any noteworthy activities. The transparency in communication is something I greatly value. I am always sent pictures of my children throughout the day which is very appreciative. Also at pick up, the teachers will always give me a quick rundown of how their day was and any activities they’ve been working on or anecdotes of something that happened that day. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Discovery Days to any parent looking for a nurturing and reliable childcare option. My children have thrived under their care, and I am grateful for the positive impact they've had on our family. "Discovery Days is our first for daycare out of our two children and we are so thankful for how much my daughter loves going there. The staff is great with her and love that I get photo updates during the day. She comes home talking about her friends at school and her teachers name is often said at home - we love it."

"We switched to a different daycare a year ago and have zero regrets. My kid was at the Franklin location for less than a year and was in 3 different rooms. My kid ended up at children's 3 times (1 ICU stay) because he got so sick all the time, his white onesie was GRAY when I brought him home because the place is filthy. Near the end, he had a full diaper with diaper rash when I picked him up (even though the app said they just changed his diaper), and sunburn (even though I provided sunscreen). I still talk to an ex-employee, she said teachers steal diapers and wipes to take home to their own families. My husband picked our kid up one day and heard a teacher SCREAMING at the kids. DO NOT GO HERE."
