"Not a very good experience. They kept scheduling me with in-person sessions when I clearly asked for video (Zoom) sessions. The counselor I worked with never engaged with me or asked me any questions. Also, he scheduled a Zoom session and never showed up. I gave up and going to someone different."

"Unethical, unlicensed counselor. This review is specifically directed towards the owner Kami Ayres and a counselor Rose Hurt that works here. My ex wife took my daughter here for 8 sessions and then Rose planned to testify in court that my daughter should live with her mom. She never met with me and was so biased and inexperienced it was scary. As a parent and father I urge you to stay away from this place. I then met with the owner Kami to express my concerns and she said she wouldn't allow my daughter to come back. Three weeks later my ex wife is lying and bringing my kid back there. I then had to go to court to get the Judge to order that Rose and Kayres not see my daughter and thankfully he agreed that this place is a joke. I have emailed and requested my daughters case notes several times and they are now saying they won't release them. I have 50/50 shared placement and custody of my kid but they tried to treat me like an outsider and wouldn't communicate with me. This place is an absolute train wreck, there are 100 other places to take your kid, find one of them. I am a truly concerned father and hope this review will help give other parents a heads up."
