My tech was Lexi and she was with me from start to finish and she was knowledgeable, professional, patient, engaged, and kind. All staff and manager were too as I observed."

"Apparently it is normal practice at this shop for the doctor to leave in the middle of a contact fitting, therefore leaving a 12 year old patient in tears by herself while she struggles with a putting contacts for the first time. After which, she managed to get the contact stuck in her eye while the people in charge of helping her complained about how they were supposed to have left 20 minutes prior. If you have anxious children, I would suggest finding care elsewhere."
