"Poor Communication. I set an appointment online. About two weeks later I received an email to confirm my appointment. About 8 hours after confirming my appointment, I got a call saying they don't have any students or services available that day. I returned the voicemail to try to reschedule within the hour. The next day, I have had no call back and received another email reminding of my appointment. I sent an email to clarify that they have cancelled the appointment. The school has been able to make posts on social media, but not communicate with me. I will not be able to obtain services from them due to their lack of basic customer service and scheduling. If they treat guests this way, I can't imagine how poor the education is."
