"I recently signed up for driving lessons from Arcade. The driver that conducted the lessons with me was nice but I was only able to have 2 lessons instead of the 6 I signed up for due to the bad service. When I called Arcade to set my last four sessions the woman who answered the phone acted like it was a bother for her to do it especially when I had to make the lessons before I had to work in the afternoon and on my days off. I thought my lessons were scheduled as she said but they did not pick me up for the last four lessons or bother to call me with a reason why they didn’t. Very unprofessional."
