"This particular US Bank is in a very convenient location and makes for a quick transaction. Customer service however is below average, you will arrive and will always have a wait time of 20 minutes or more. So expect to wait indefinitely no matter what time or day you go. Management is also below average and the lack of communication is very disappointing for an organization that prides itself as high as US Bank. You call ahead you’ll wait all day to maybe get a call back. So do come to this bank if you have any time restrictions or are looking for immediate assistance."

"This was my first time stopping in here. I really only needed to use their Western Union branch service. I was greeted with fast, friendly and efficient service. Even though the customer representative didn't know exactly the information I was requesting, he kindly instructed and directed me to someone who did. So I was able to find out what I needed in regards to sending money to the Virgin Islands and also the rates that apply to that transaction. It was honestly more than I was willing to pay; so I ended up NOT using the service. But that's to no fault of the bank, I wasn't using them directly; just Western Union. So this was my first time banking here and it seemed pretty good to me; I would recommend going here for the ability to wire money through Western Union if you didn't want to use their online service."
