"For years, this law firm has collected fees from the Malibu Bay Owners Association (MBOA) Board defending the Board against blatant violations of Davis-Stirling law. In one (of several) examples, the MBOA Board has not held proper elections from at least 2019-2021. Farah Nourmand has flatly ignored enquiries that would dispute this claim, instead taking fees paid via homeowner funds, in direct violation of Davis-Stirling (the law, not the law firm). The behavior of the firm is unprofessional and possibly illegal."
