The UW Stout Honors College, located in Menomonie, Wisconsin, offers a unique and enriching academic experience for students of all majors and career goals. Students in the Honors College come from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, all seeking to deepen their learning and become more creative thinkers and leaders. The program, which began in 1994 as the University Honors Program, has grown to serve over 500 students and is one of only two Honors Colleges within the University of Wisconsin System.

In addition to academic enrichment, the Honors College also offers scholarships to help students pursue their education and career goals. Up to fifteen scholarships are awarded each year, with a total package of $4,000 available for incoming freshmen. These scholarships are renewable for up to four years, pending good standing in the Honors program and the availability of funding.
