I am actually the administrator of our Unum plan at my organization and if THIS is how you are talking to and handling my employees...well we will just shop around for a new vendor come 2025"

"Single-handedly made an already stressful year even worse as they stumbled over themselves doing everything in their power to not help me during an incredibly vulnerable time (surgical mistake paralyzing parts of my body)"

"My wife's Father passed away and we have been trying to resolve some SHARES... not policy issues he had with Unum. They use a third party ComputerShare to administrate their shares. I have spent over 5 hours trying to resolve this for my wife with ComputerShare and Unum. I have tried to contact the VP of Investor Relations of Unum or the president but no reply. This veteran invested in this company and he can not get any respect?"

"The only thing worse than being sick is being sick and having to battle an unprofessional and borderline negligent 3rd party that is in charge of your employers leave or disability claims. Dealt with them via 2 employers now and 10/10 not impressed. Will be on the lookout for class action lawsuit mailings in the future because they are run THAT terribly."
