"I would not recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy! I have them as my home owners insurance until September 29th. My agent contacted me yesterday to let me know that AGIS was dropping coverage on my home on that date. Very fine time as we have a possibility of a hurricane coming straight for us. I understand an insurance company can drop anyone at anytime but for this company to do so with a storm so close is not only unprofessional but bad business practice! Even if I would be able to find another insurance company before the 29th, I still would not have coverage for at least 30 days. They are also dropping me before my policy is even up so they will have to refund us the remaining of our policy. I know this company will only delete my review so I will be sharing my experience with this company on other platforms where I will not be deleted. If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would. This company was the worse to deal with after our home was damaged after Hurricane Laura."
"Explanation needed. They currently just merged with another company. Prior to them moving was really happy with there service and the company. Then a bigger company had bought them and the service is absolutely terrible. Asked questions and was told I would get callbacks, and all I get is excuses of why I didn’t callbacks. Taking my business elsewhere. I had business insurance, home owners, personal insurance."
"Been doing business for years. Always get right back to you on quotes and inquiries. Always finds best insurance to fit my needs. Does have one size fits all approach."
"I have been with Rich for over 25 years. He knows me when I call. He always checks out the best rates for me when my insurance is due. I admitt I've compared rates and coverages and Rich always finds me the best. He is also easy to get ahold of and is very knowledgeable when I have a question. If you are looking for an agent Rich is the man for the job"
"I have employed private insurance agents for the last 15 years and this by far was the worst company I've ever experienced. My family employed them for a few months in from the very beginning their agents and secretaries were all extremely rude and disrespectful. They did not communicate properly for changes in my rates or policy. Then after requesting the information there was always a huge delay in any attempt to receive information, move forward, or receive notice of cancellations. In the end this company ended up effectively stealing hundreds of dollars from my family without due notice or remorse. ( dairyland auto insurance can also be attached to this review with very similar issues)"
