"With five (5) kids and all going to the same school is a major plus for me! First year for my kids and I at this school and I have already seen and notice my kids are happy and smart with knoledge NOT thug stuff or who is getting into a fight... (Came from the north side of Milwaukee. No knowledge on that side of town. My opinion). Teachers are awesome and show they care for their students Even when your child is behind the rest of the class the teacher's made every effort to help the child. This school really stands behind the "No child left behind". Very, very happy with this school. Will be here for awhile. Kids range from K5 - 6th grade, and this school starta at K4-8th grade! Love it!!"

"I am a student here and I absolutely love here! Yeah, some students can be a little mean but honestly I don't care. The teachers are great, and I've been here since K4, so I'd know. Love the multiple programs and after school activities here. The only thing bad here is the lunch, but that's MPS's problem."

"My child was behind, and they were only at this school for 1 semester and the teachers were able to help my children's progress by 50% in that short time. A for sure academically advanced school. All the teachers seem specially trained to push the kids to there best. I absolutely love that."

"I am a local student at Fairview Charter Elementary school and it is wonderful. I will be going into sixth grade next year. They have great staff, and this school also includes all grades... They teach K4 through 8th grade at this school. We also have an autistic program which means we have autistic students which is great since most schools dont have autism students. Fairview also has a library, physical education class (gym), art, and music!"

"From my family's experience, this is an excellent Milwaukee Public School with a staff that cares about the kids and wants them to succeed. Children are respected, and discipline is firm and appropriate. Academics are progressive and ahead of the curve for the regular as well as the challenged student population. The school is lucky to have full time art, phys. ed. and music teachers as well. And there is a good level of parental involvement in the PTA and Governance Council, with the school always encouraging more."
