But everyone at the Pacific Eye Institute of Upland, was very nice, the exams were completely painless and the doctor explained everything to me after a very thorough exam. I felt very relieved afterward and look forward to my 4 week followup!"
"5 stars for the doctor and technician, 1 star for the intake and wait. I arrived for my 10:15 appointment with all paperwork filled out. I then waited for an hour before I went in to see the technician, who was careful and thoughtful. I then went out and waited another 40 minutes to see the doctor. I saw the doctor 2 hours after my appointment time. Is this typical of this office? Is this one of those medical offices that has no regard for their patients' time? I'll find out when I go back to complete the evaluation process for getting my cataracts removed and getting replacement lenses."

The staff were all very friendly and professional. The whole office had a very pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend Dr Roeske to anyone."
