"I suggest not going to this office if you’re trying to make sure everything is going smooth for you medical needs. This office very unorganized, staff can NOT process simple tasks. I took my father there and he needs surgery starting the doctor referred to another doctor in June. All the medical records and test he did at this office if supposed ti be sent to the new doctors which he was referred to but they can NOT process a simple referral and it’s now November. I have called every week and even Talk to the manager and she can NOT even get her staff to do their job correctly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION! I would have not even give them one star."

"physician excellent Ancillary staff not good appointment for my wife 3:45 PM no one said she gets call 45 min before to talk to front desk and nurse. one call at 3 asked few question , next call 3:10 asked more question if she missed the call , probably she would not have opportunity to talk to provider( appointment would have been cancelled ) I suggest they should let pt know what time front desk and nurse would call. nurse asked about weight and height and blood pressure over the phone , while they had all info in chart ( office visit was done 2-3 weeks ago ). front desk and nurse asked question fast, they are in the field and pt needs time to answer pt needs to know how early before appointment with provider nurse and front desk call Communication poor I suggest office manager should work to correct i"
