"Elena Eckard yells at me for my high A1C, which I explained I was having an issue with my sensor in June but got zero help. She also pushed the insulin Pod on me, basically wouldn't let me leave until I say yes to getting it. She did the same with the smart pen. Called to talk to someone but the phone lines are off, at noon. called to get the hours of phone operations, 5pm. I have called twice now to get things needed to stay alive and I get nothing for up to 2 weeks. No one here is actually a diabetic so they don't know the problems we face but they want you to buy stuff..."

"The most difficult clinic to deal with if you want a refill. The clinic lie to you about your refilling prescription . Staff will hang up your call and times let you wait for hours."

"Since the office moved from Carlsbad to Escondido they are extremely difficult to reach when you call there’s a recording that says it will be 15-20 minutes before they answer. Once they answer it takes them 72 hours to get back to you with an answer to your question. I called Friday. This is Monday and I missed two calls from them but no one left a voice message so I call back-Waited 15 minutes then the recording transferred me to voice mail. Horrible customer service"

"DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. While the Doctors themselves are decent, the office staff is incompetent, apathetic and spiteful. They will do everything in their power to delay, miscommunicate or otherwise prevent access to medication for patients they do not approve of. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE."
