"Love the Behavioral techs, they really care and want to support our family dispite all the challenges it is to have a PM not know their material and adding goals that are useless and behind my kid's current level of development. Another money hungry ABA that cares more about turn over rates and money; than to support their staff and families they are suppose to help. When will companies learn that ppl's jobs are not dispensable. Just because you are higher up doesn't mean to throw your weight around, lying and being against your own employees. So many lies and trickery instead of being up front and honest. And listen to the parents and children and your lower on the pay scale employees. I can't believe how much I've been lied too when it comes to changes or choices in my children's care."
