"After years of weakness, fatigue, and a numbing sensation in my left arm, shoulder, and back, I finally decided to work with a PT. I was able to book a session with Gary and I'm so glad that I did. First, Gary is just an awesome guy. He's extremely friendly, communicative, and you can tell that he actually cares about his patients. After going through some discovery questions about my injury, he performed several tests and had me do exercises to help diagnose what the issue may be. For so long, I thought I just had huge knots and maybe a sprain that didn't heal properly but as it turns out, it was completely different! I have a nerve that's compressed between my scalene and first rib, which I didn't even know existed. Gary was great at explaining the issue, as well as the purpose of the exercises he had me do. After the session, he sent me a program with exercises to work on at home. We tested it out with compound movements, including bench presses, that have been the most impacted by this issue!
