"Had an 8.30 am appointment. Was on time. It is now 9.05 am. Still sitting and waiting. 6 patients arrived after me went in. Desk person says something about insurance. All insurance docs were provided and addressed when booking appointment 48 hrs ago. Fuming here.."

"This was my first visit. I arrive a little before my appointment and was greeted professionally. I filled out the required paperwork. There were a few people sitting in the lobby area. A guy came to the lobby and called my name. He took me in a room, and asked a few medical questions. Prior to putting drops in my eyes, he explained exactly what would happen next. After the drops he walked me to another area to have my eyes checked with a lady. She was pleasant and explained what would happen next. Once she finished, my name was called to see the doctor for the retina exam. The doctor was professional and I followed each prompt he gave me. After the exam he discussed the results and said today’s exam will be forwarded to my primary doctor. I rated this office five stars because it ran like a well oiled machine. All systems were in place. The atmosphere is warm and the entire team was professional. They even scheduled my exam for next year. I have never experienced such a pleasant doctor’s office. Thank you!"

"Your efficiency is awesome. My appointment was for 7:20 a m., and I was in the back by 7:10, getting helped and evaluated. By 7:30 the doctor was looking at the computer screen and talking about my eye that had gone wet. He put a numbing shot in my eye, came back in a few minutes, put a shot in my eye, told me I'd need to at least come for shots for three months, once a month. Asked me if I was taking eye vitamins daily. A girl came in and told me to keep my eye from getting wet for 48 hours, took me to the appointment desk and I walked out the door at 7:45. It was like a well orchestrated dance of professionalism."

"I took mom to her 1st visit here. Her appointment was only scheduled out 2 weeks. This was a nice surprise. I seen several Patience waiting. I assumed it was going to take a long time. With all the testing they did we were in and out in fifty five minutes. I have never had a doctor apologize for giving bad news. The doctor had to give some disturbing news. However he did it in a way that was extremely professional and polite. I would recommend to family and friends."
