"I have been going to this office for over 5 years. If you had asked me how it was 3 and a half years ago I would have told you to run and not look back. Today I give all the office staff and Dr. Baseri 5 stars ⭐. This place has taken the time and effort to make the changes it needed to and made this a better place"
"I would never recommend this place nor Dr. Baseri. He is very unprofessional and does not spend anytime to get to know you. I guess this is what you get when you get a Dr. that got his medical education in the West Indies and not in the United States. Not only did I fill out the new patient paperwork when I received it but when I got there 2 other people asked me the same questions from the paperwork. The nurse practitioner came in and asked questions then proceeded to tell me she had to get his attention so he would actually come in the room or it could be a little bit. He came in maybe 10 minutes at the most and all he talked about is cancer. I was there to get tested for a genetic blood disorder not cancer. He proceeded to tell me about a patient he has that is in his 30’s and has colon cancer and I need to get screened for it. Line of questioning was off topic and he proceeded to give me a prescription for lab work with about 15 different labs that had nothing to do with why I was there or what I needed to be tested for. After debate he reduced the labs and I left with the order I needed. I’m overall disappointed and dissatisfied with the visit."
"The staff is friendly, polite and do their best to make you comfortable. I saw my doctor in a timely manner and he was more than willing to take the time to listen to me."
"This office is VERY VERY bad news. My insurance is fircing me to change oncology providers to this company. The website does not list ANY provider's oncology specialty, requiring a phone call to verify. After waiting 15 minutes, the girl who answered their "new patient " phone line, could not even answer which provider(s) specialize in my care and transferred my call to the closest clinic to my home. After ANOTHER 15 minutes, the call disconnected. Calling the local clinic, it is now sent to voice-mail and I am caller 12, yes 12, in line to leave a voice-mail, after having been on hold for essentially 30 minutes to become a new patient . THIS IS INCOMPETENCE. There are zero excuses. Any company this disorganized from the outset that cannot answer basic questions nor answer a phone call promptly should not be handling any new patients under their front office and customer service has new management and/or staff. I will file a complaint with my health insurance immediately if I cannot get the information I need promptly. And no, making several phone calls for this is not routine or acceptable."
