"Incredible results! Amazing Doctor! I have been suffering from hemorrhoid for my entire adult life. I had a surgery done many years ago, and condition came back almost immediately, and I was afraid to get another surgery done because my previous experience was very unpleasant. Condition gotten so bad in recent days that I had to have the surgery done or I won't be able to have normal day to day activities. Going thru my typical HMO network was not going to work because I had an oversee trip coming up in 3 week, and also, I was unsure if I can get a quality surgery done thru HMO. I researched thru Google and Yelp, and I found Dr Maziar Ghodsian, and I've decided that out of pocket surgery was my best option. I knew that my condition was very very bad, so I wasn't sure if the surgery will be successful, and I will be able to travel in 3 week. First 3 days after surgery was difficult. Pain was minimal, but I had a trouble having a bowel movement. I've called Dr's office a couple time, and they were very helpful. Within 5 days, I stop taking any pain medication. Incredible! Pain was almost non existent after that. 2 1/2 week after the surgery, I was on 11 days long oversea trip. During the trip, I was very active, and I hiked for up to 10 miles on some days, I was on the plane up to 12 hours at time. Overall cost was less than what I had expected, and all my visits (pre & post surgery) had been very pleasant. The entire staffs are very customer oriented, and Dr. has been incredibly accessible and personable."

"Dr. Ghodsian is an amazing Doctor! I was suffering from a thrombosed hemorrhoid and couldn't get an appointment with my family doctor. I googled hemorrhoid doctors in Newport Beach and found the Hemorrhoids Center of Newport Beach. I called and they scheduled an appointment right away. I was a new patient, but that didn't matter. Dr. Ghodsian examined me and also found a fistula. He ordered two MRIs to be done, but the imaging center couldn't get me until the next day. Dr. Ghodsian ordered me to go to Hoag ER, where he had just finished surgery and requested I be admitted into the hospital and an MRI be done immediately. After the MRI was done they found three fistulas! I was admitted into the hospital and was put on heavy intravenous antibiotics. Three days later I had surgery to remove the hemorrhoid and was released on the fourth day. My fistulas healed from the antibiotics. Dr. Ghodsian is a phenomenal and caring doctor and I would recommend him to my family and friends. His staff is amazing as well! I love them!"
