"This review is based on the agent Troy Toske and his employee Paul, not Allstate in itself. Troy Toske seems like a nice and helpful agent, that is until you express your unhappiness with his services. He tried to manipulate the situation and turn the blame on me, became extremely unpleasant to say the least, downright disrespectful, lied to me regarding a few situations, and hung up on me 3 times, and Paul lied to back him up. If you want an honest and respectful insurance agent, I wouldnt recommend Troy Toske, but I would recommend Allstate, using a different agent. When I called Allstate's corporate office and explained what happened, they confirmed that Troy was not honest with me, and also apologized for his disrespectful behavior. They also submitted the forms that Troy should have submitted to reinstate my policy, and submitted a complaint investigation against Troy Toske."
