I was not very knowledgeable of guns so they gave me all the details and answered all my ?'s w/o the know it all attitude. Let me hold the guns I was most comfortable with and showed me how to load, clean and handle the gun. I had to take a 30 questions test and they went over with me the few I got wrong.
